Nope, not the movie.  But the theme of my workout yesterday.  Did 8 sets of 4 x 200m at about 48 to 53 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between sprints and 30 seconds of rest between sets.  These are the workouts I detest (hate is such a strong word), but ones where I feel really good afterwards having done them. Today is swim day while tomorrow is reserved for a long run.  Thinking of doing the long run using the mizuno 10k route then past BHS to the International School area.  Wish me luck.
